For me the Error appears while laoding the game, after the title screen where you chose story mode. The error comes with a message unknown game version and they are unable to open the game because of this error.

GTA V SCRIPT HOOK (build Dec 18 2020, v.0) I literally was just recovering from the last stupid launcher update and had everything working and this one has totally broken it.
